To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping is at your own cost — we recommend a tracked and insured service.

Once we receive the piece and confirm it arrived undamaged, we'll issue a refund within 2 weeks, minus the original shipping costs.
Received something damaged?
We pack every piece with great care, but if something arrives damaged, write to us at tesuecofriendly@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please keep all original packaging and the damaged piece — they're needed for the claim.
Include in your email:
- Your order number
- A close-up photo of the damage
- A photo of the full piece
- A photo of the package label (text and barcodes visible)
- A photo of the inside and outside of the package
If the claim is approved, we'll refund your original payment method. Allow a few days for your bank to process it.
What we can't accept:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Pieces made to your personal specifications
- Returns requested after 14 days
Within the EU, orders arrive with no customs fees or unexpected costs.
Beyond the EU, your local customs office may add duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country — not by us — and aren't included in our prices or shipping. If you're unsure, it helps to check with your local office before ordering.

Our pieces are made to be used every day. Dishwasher- and microwave-safe, oven-friendly, and strong enough for everyday use — just a few small habits will keep them at their best for years.
The basics:
- Washing: Hand-washing is the gentlest option, but the dishwasher is fine on a gentle cycle. Keep pieces from knocking against each other.
- Heat: Avoid sudden temperature changes. Let ceramics warm and cool gradually — never move a hot piece onto a cold surface, or pour boiling liquid into a cold one.
- Storage: Stack with care. A soft cloth between plates and bowls prevents chips in the cupboard, where most damage quietly happens.
A note on variations
Slight differences in shape, glaze tone, or texture are part of handmade work — not flaws. Each piece carries the mark of the hands that shaped it, Tea’s or Suzna’s. That's exactly the point.
