Because our workshops are intentionally small and carefully prepared, every booking directly supports the time, materials, and energy that go into creating each experience.
For that reason, all payments are final and non-refundable.
If something unexpected comes up, you’re always welcome to:
- Send someone in your place, or
- Transfer your spot to a future date (subject to availability and the conditions below).
Because we work in small groups and prepare each course thoughtfully, we’re unable to offer exceptions outside of these terms.
In rare cases of force majeure, we reserve the right to reschedule a workshop. If that happens, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
Your ceramic pieces will be ready for collection within 3-4 weeks after the workshop. We will notify you by email as soon as they are ready.
You are welcome to collect your pieces in our Tesu Concept Store, we would truly love to see you again. If you prefer, we can also arrange shipping to your address.
Important note: Please note that pieces must be collected within three weeks from the date you receive our notification email. Items not collected within this timeframe will be donated.
Clay is a beautiful, and wonderfully unpredictable material. That is precisely what makes each piece one of a kind.
Throughout the processes of shaping, drying, and firing, slight variations in form, colour, or final finish may occur. These nuances are a natural part of working with ceramics and reflect the authenticity of handmade craft.
Such variations do not diminish the value of the experience and are not considered the responsibility of the organiser.
By participating in the workshop, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
