5.1 The use of the Webshop service is available exclusively to registered users who are of legal age and fully capable of doing business, as confirmed by the use of the Webshop service.

5.2. User registration is done through the website, during which the user will be obliged to enter certain personal data and agree to the use of such personal data.

5.3 After successful registration, the registered user receives a username and password that are used to authorize the use of the Webshop service. The registered user is obliged to keep the username and password confidential. If the user suspects unauthorized use of his username and/or password, he is responsible for all possible costs caused by the use of his username and/or password until he notifies the company Obrt Tesu, vl. 5.5 The registered user agrees that the purchase through the Webshop service is made in such a way that the registered user purchases products available through the Webshop service ("products") by choosing them based on the image and basic description of the product. The images of the products are only illustrative in nature, and do not always have to correspond in all details to the products that are actually available. Given the possibility of individual computer monitor settings, differences in the perception of the product's color by the human eye, etc., Obrt Tesu, vl. 6. PRODUCT PRICES

6.1 Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović can set certain discounts for purchases via the webshop that may apply to a certain period of time, but the said discounts will not apply to clearly marked items and products in the "Promotional items" category.

6.2 Product prices are subject to change until the moment of purchase confirmation.

6.3 By confirming the purchase, registered users complete the purchase process via the webshop service. The sales contract is concluded at the moment of receipt of payment.

6.4 The price of delivery of purchased products is not included in the price of the product.

Products purchased through this web store and the value of which is over HRK 300.00 are delivered with delivery charges as selected when completing the order.

7. METHOD OF PAYING FOR PRODUCTS THROUGH THE WEBSHOP SERVICE

7.1 users can pay for products in the following ways, during which the choice is made on the website:

- cash on delivery when picking up a package from a GLS delivery service courier or postman with a fee of HRK 5.00

7.2. Only after the successful transaction of funds to the account of the company Obrt Tesu, owner Suzana Šop-Tovilović, the registered user can expect the agreed delivery of the products purchased through the Webshop service.

8. DELIVERY VIA THE WEBSHOP SERVICE

8.1 Product delivery is possible within the territory of the Republic of Croatia and throughout Europe,

8.2 After Obrt Tesu, owner Suzana Šop-Tovilović registers the order (at the latest within 48 hours from the order of the product by the registered user, which applies only if such deadline expires during a working day in the Republic of Croatia, and does not apply to non-working days ) the products will be delivered to the registered user within:

–

- from 2 to 5 working days for the territory of the Republic of Croatia,

- from 3 to 10 working days for the island area.

8.3 If for any reason the User was not available via the contact number he left, the company Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović is not responsible for the extension of the aforementioned delivery dates.

8.4 The order will be delivered to the User at the delivery address specified when registering the user account, and if the User is not at the delivery address:

- GLS delivery service will try to deliver on the first following working day

- the products can be picked up by another person (adult member of the household, authorized person by the registered user) upon presentation of a personal identification document and if payment by cash on delivery has been agreed after the payment to the delivery service has been made.

8.5 the user is obliged to inspect the shipment when picking it up, report any visible damage directly to the delivery person, and refuse to receive the damaged shipment. By signing the delivery note and receiving the invoice, the registered user confirms that he inspected the product when taking it over.

If the registered user refuses to receive the shipment due to established and visible damage to the transport packaging, he is obliged to fill out the appropriate delivery service form, and to notify Obrt Tesa, owner Suzana Šop-Tovilović via email or telephone via the user instructions on the web shop pages and declare whether he wants a repeat delivery or a refund. Upon receipt of the advertised shipment and the corresponding form, Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović undertakes to make a repeat delivery within the next 15 working days, as far as the products in stock are concerned, and if the same product needs to be ordered from the supplier the stated deadline is extended by the delivery deadline by the supplier, without additional costs for the user or a refund, all in accordance with the request of the registered user.

8.6 If the registered user does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason, Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović reserves the right to demand reimbursement of incurred costs.

9. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSHOP SERVICE

9.1 The registered user has the right to terminate the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product, to complain about the purchased product or to return the product with a full refund of the paid funds if, when receiving the goods, he notices defects in the products or the delivered products are defective without giving a reason. Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović, based on the request for return or exchange, will return the funds to the registered user to the account specified by the user in the request in full or replace the product with a new one within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned product to the address specified on the complaint form.

9.2 In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the term, by means of an unequivocal statement sent by mail or by electronic mail, in which you will state your name and surname, address, telephone number, fax or e-mail address, The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement, unless you have chosen a different type of delivery and which is not the cheapest standard delivery that we have offered.

The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. In the event that you agree to another way of returning the amount paid, you do not bear any costs in relation to the return.

We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you sent the goods back to us at the previously confirmed address.

The registered user announces the return of purchased products to the email info@tesu.hr, after accessing the webshop service, using a username and password, entering personal data and other data related to the purchase.

9.3 Return of delivered products is done by delivery to the address that the registered user was informed about on the complaint form.

9.4 The costs of returning the product are borne exclusively by the registered user.

9.5 The registered user is obliged to return the delivered products in the condition in which they were delivered and in the original packaging (commercial packaging in which the goods were delivered). Return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day when you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

9.6. If it is undoubtedly determined that the complaint about the product is unjustified or that the defectiveness of the ordered product occurred due to inadequate handling or use, then the company Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović is not obliged to refund the money or deliver a replacement product. The advertised product will be returned to the user at his expense with a written explanation of the reason for not accepting the return or exchange request.

9.7 If the request for a refund or exchange is justified, Obrt Tesa, owner Suzana Šop-Tovilović will proceed as stated in point 9.1, with the fact that the cost of resending the product will be borne by Obrt Tesa, owner Suzana Šop-Tovilović.

9.8 If an error occurred during the packaging of the ordered products and the customer did not receive the ordered product but another one, he is obliged to report this via the complaint form within eight (8) days. In this case, the user returns the wrongly delivered product at the expense of the company Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović, which undertakes to deliver the ordered product or make a refund (according to the user's request) within fifteen (15) days of receiving the wrongly delivered item.

9.9 If the user has not received the ordered and paid for product, he is obliged to report this within eight (8) calendar days from the day of expected arrival of the ordered product via the complaint form or via the contacts published on the website. Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović is obliged to determine within that period what happened to the claimed shipment, and to inform the user about the further resolution of the claim.

9.10 The seller reserves the right to terminate the concluded contract if he concludes that it was concluded in an unethical way, i.e. when it is concluded that damage has been done to the account of the seller or a third party, namely: by using discount codes for which the end customer is not authorized or did not come in a legal and correct way, using means of payment to which the customer has no right (stolen or misappropriated credit cards, current or giro account cards, etc.) and other methods of fraud. In the case of such termination of the contract, the seller is obliged to inform the customer in writing in a simple and unambiguous way about the cancellation of the contract and to return the funds in full if an advance form of payment was made.

10. OTHER TERMS OF WEB SHOP SERVICES

10.1 Obrt Tesu, owner Suzana Šop-Tovilović is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the registered user and third parties:

- as a result of unauthorized use of the username and password or is related to such use,

- in connection with the use or misuse of the webshop service, if the damage in question was not caused by the fault of Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović.

10.2 Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to the interruption of the internet connection when using the webshop service.

10.3 The provisions of the current Law on Electronic Commerce and other laws related to the provision and use of the webshop service will apply to the use of the webshop service.

11. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS

11.1 Obrt Tesu, vl. Suzana Šop-Tovilović reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Registered users are obliged to check the applicable General Conditions every time they use the web pages, and especially the webshop services. The applicable general conditions will be published on the website.

11.2 For the use of the webshop service, the general conditions in force at the time of receipt of the price for the ordered product are valid.

11.3 All disputes that may arise based on these general conditions will be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb.

Documents published on this website may be copied only for non-commercial purposes and for individual use only and with respect to all copyrights, other proprietary rights and any stated restrictions on rights.

12. SECURITY OF PAYMENT

12.1 Confidentiality of the customer's data is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption.
